     Who does not know an apple? Apples are a favorite fruit and much sought after in the world for its taste and some it have many benefit for body.But in my post now i am not going to discuss about Red Apples, but I will discuss about the Green Apple.

  • Consumption of one apple per day is said to keep you out of the hands of doctors. It is not a mere figment cause by eating green apples per day you will lower the risk of several diseases including breast cancer is a scourge for women.
  • Benefits of green apples unknown to many people is the ability of the intellectual brain. Compound called acetylcholine content in apples can certainly nourish the brain to be able to double its work force. In addition, if consumed regularly, green apples will keep you from even alzaimer senile diseases.
