     Maintain a diet for ourselves is penting.Kenapa so? Because if we eat too much we will be fat and eat us if we lack the will to malnutrition.
     Many people want a nice body and their diet is too excessive.And many people also loves to eat and they get fat.

I will be posting my opinion on how to keep your diet for life.
1. Do not do excessive dieting
Diet should be done but if you eat too excessive to hold it can be dangerous.

2. Stop eating while quite
Eat enough, because if we push the food into the body, the consequences will be fatal entrance.

3. Sport
Although eating is very important but if not balanced with exercise also will not be good.

4. Fasting
Besides fasting fasting abstinence also train us to not eat in excess.
