Action leakage of personal data of thousands of Israelis in a web page by a hacker from Saudi Arabia to make Israel outraged. State considers hacking as an act of terrorism acts and vowed to pursue the perpetrators.

"The attack through the virtual world is a violation of sovereignty which is equivalent to acts of terrorism. So, it should be dealt with as we deal with terrorism as well," said Israeli Deputy Foreign Minister, Danny Ayalon, in a statement, as published Al-Jazeera, Sunday, January 8 2012.

Although the hacker who uses the name 0xOmar claim to work alone, Israel did not close the possibility of a large organization behind these actions.

"We have the capability to track down who did it, and no one agency or any hacker who could be immune from retaliation," added Ayalon.

A blogger who tried to track down the hackers through cyberspace to find that 0xOmar is 19 years old man from Saudi Arabia who worked in Mexico.

However, quoted by Ynet News, 0xOmar even laugh at his findings. In e-mails, he said he could not be traced through social networks, and no one would find it.

Meanwhile, Hamas considers the action as a form of resistance OxOmar new. "We urge the youth of Saudi Arabia to Israel ignored the threat and use of existing space in the virtual world for crimes against Israel," Hamas spokesman, Sami Abu Zuhri.
