Many people love to drink a soft drink ,but do you the danger if you drink it to much ?
Now i will post about 9 unhealthy ingredients in soft drinks

1. Sugar
The majority of soft drinks (soft drinks) containing a large amount of refined sugar to 15 teaspoons in each bottle / can of 325 ml size. One bottle a day gives you more sugar than the body needs. 2. Artificial Sweeteners
Soft drink called "diet soda" or "tonic water" containing low-calorie sweeteners such as saccharin. These substances increase the sense of drinks, but also cause many adverse side effects such as migraines, memory loss, emotional disturbances, blurred vision, and ringing in the ears. Saccharin has been shown to cause bladder cancer and has been banned in Canada, New Zealand, and several European countries. Saccharin was found in the popular diet sodas are sold.

3. Caffeine
Caffeine is the additives used to improve the taste of soda. It stimulates the nervous system and increases heart rate. When consumed, caffeine can temporarily raise alertness and reduce fatigue. Excessive caffeine consumption is associated with increased blood pressure, and cause the symptoms of diabetes. The worst of all, caffeine can cause birth defects in infants. Drinking soft drinks after physical exercise can lead to loss of calcium and potassium which in turn can cause muscle pain.

4. Acid
Most soft drinks contain citric acid, phosphoric and malic acid or tartaric acid. This acid makes refreshing beverages or "sting". Acidic drinks is alarming, human blood has a pH value between 7.3 and 7:45. Anything below 5.5 pH can have very bad effects on the body. Acidic blood condition that can weaken the immune system, causing inflammation, headache, worsening of diabetes, and many other diseases. Some cells die in acidic conditions, but some cells try to survive by becoming abnormal malignant cells.

5. Carbon Dioxide
Carbonated beverages are made by injecting carbon dioxide into the water under pressure. The more carbon dioxide is injected, the lower the pH, the more acidic and had drinks and the soda. Too much carbon dioxide will kill healthy cells. Dead cells causes an acidic environment. As mentioned above, in the acid environment, some cells survive by becoming abnormal malignant cells.

6. Preservatives

Preservatives added to soft drinks to prolong shelf life or expiration date. Storage conditions and time can affect the flavor and aroma, and preservatives help preserve it. Amount of excessive consumption can lead to health problems. Sodium benzoate (benzoic acid) present in soft drinks. These chemicals are known to cause asthma, rashes and hyperactivity. Sulfur dioxide is highly toxic and repeated use can lead to fainting, skin eruptions, swelling, shock, coma, and even death.

7. Artificial
flavorings and colorings. Artificial flavorings commonly used in the manufacture of soft drinks to give a distinctive flavor. This has an adverse effect on hyperactive children and should be removed from their diet. Tartrazine is a yellow-orange dye which can cause allergic reactions such as skin rash, swelling, excessive mucus and red eyes. Karmoisin is a reddish dye which can cause allergic reactions, food poisoning, and even cancer. Brilliant Blue is a carcinogen that is now banned in many developed countries. Unfortunately, it is still used by producers who are not responsible for producing soft drinks. These chemicals can cause chromosomal damage and allergic reactions.

8. Sodium (Sodium)
Most soft drinks contain some inorganic sodium. Sodium (sodium) is used as an emulsifier, stabilizer. Excessive sodium consumption will lead to high blood pressure. stroke, heart failure, and many other diseases.

9. Potassium (Potassium)
