Meatballs are practically food that we often encounter in various places, this time I'll make mengepost about Meatball Mushroom Chicken recipe

Ingredients:

     Chicken balls:
     300 g chicken fillet meat
     2 cloves of garlic
     2 tablespoons flour
     1 tbsp of full cream milk powder
     1 egg yolk
     ½ teaspoon pepper
     1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
     1 tsp salt
     2 pieces of fresh mushroom, chopped
     Kuah:
     1 tbsp vegetable oil
     2 cloves garlic, minced
     750 ml chicken stock
     50 g carrots, sliced ​​small length
     2 pieces of fresh mushroom, sliced
     ½ teaspoon pepper
     2 tsp salt

How to Make:


  •      Chicken balls:
  •      Minced chicken meat until smooth.
  •      Mix with other ingredients until smooth or blended.
  •      If you have a food processor, put all the ingredients into a bowl foodprocessor. Process until smooth.
  •      Form dough into balls the size of a meatball.
  •      Boil the balls in boiling water until the float. Remove and drain.
    Sauce:
  •      Sauté garlic until golden and fragrant. Lift.
  •      Put it in the broth. Cook until boiling.
  •      Enter the balls of chicken, vegetables and seasonings.
  •      Bring to a boil again. Lift.
  •      Serve warm.

Serving for 6 servings.
