Ingredients:
Meat Ball material:
500g minced beef
2 cloves garlic, grated
1 egg
½ teaspoon pepper
1 tsp salt
Sambal Goreng Ingredients:
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
5 large red chilies, seeded, sliced thin oblique
1 bay leaf
1 cm galangal, crushed
500 ml thick coconut milk
Puree: 10 large red chilies, seeded, boiled
8 red onions
4 cloves of garlic
1 tsp shrimp paste fried
2 tsp salt
How to Make:
- To make the meatballs: Mix the minced meat, egg, garlic, pepper and salt until blended.
- Form dough into small balls the size of marbles (slightly smaller than marbles).
- Briefly fry until the meat changes color balls. Drain.
- Stir-fry seasoning and red pepper until wilted and fragrant.
- Enter the bay leaves and ginger and stir well.
- Pour the coconut milk and meat balls enter.
- Cook over low heat until thick oily gravy.
