Israel charged five Jewish settlers blamed for a riot at a military base in the West Bank, on December 13, 2011 last. Quoted from page to Reuters, Sunday, January 8, 2012, his fifth allegedly doing it as an effort to thwart the plan of dismantling illegal settlements in the occupied Palestinian territory.

This was revealed in documents that mention the indictment, the perpetrators who were arrested shortly after the riots trying to thwart the eviction of unauthorized settlements. It is listed in seven counts, including conspiracy for orchestrating the unrest, illegally entering the military base and track the movement of troops in the West Bank.

"During this long period they plan how to thwart the evacuation of outposts in Samaria (northern West Bank)," Israeli Justice Ministry said.

Prosecutors allege the five suspects have organized dozens of activists entered the military base, damaging property and throwing stones at military vehicles, as well as injuring a senior officer. The document also mentioned that the five settlers had a secret military documents and has received information from Israeli soldiers about the eviction plan.

Adi Keidar, lawyers for the three suspects, said his client was threatened with a maximum of five years in prison.
